Mr. Ollila is the Managing Partner of the firm and is a registered patent attorney with over twenty-five years of professional, legal and technical experience. Curt has provided IP legal services to a broad range of clients in the US, UK, Germany, China and Switzerland.

Curt’s practice  includes counseling on many aspects of intellectual property, including patent litigation, International Trade Commission complaints (Section 337 complaints), patent prosecution, strategic IP planning, patent analysis and opinions, technology agreements, trademark matters, IP licensing, and due diligence related to sales and acquisitions.

Curt has broad patent and trademark experience including the following technologies:

  • Process measurement and control systems including precision flow measurement
  • Imaging systems including spectrophotometers

  • Digital signal processing

Curt has worked in many areas of technology. He got his start as an engineer at the U. S. Army’s Benet Research Labs in their research and development department developing advanced weapons systems. Curt continued his engineering experience as an engineer and manager of New Product Development at Micro Motion. During his tenure at Micro Motion, Curt lead innovative new product development programs while also being the lead inventor on over 100 U.S. and foreign patents.
