Gregg Jansen is an associate at the firm and is a registered patent attorney who has been practicing patent law since 1997. Prior to his legal career, Gregg spent seven years as a software engineer at Delco Electronics, then a subsidiary of General Motors.
Gregg has broad patent experience including the following technologies:

Gregg received his Juris Doctorate from the Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis. Gregg published The United States Moves Ahead of the European Union in Patent Protection for Computer Software, 741 Ind. Int’l & Comp. L. Rev. 6 No. 3 (1996). He was a member of the Indiana International & Comparative Law Review, where he served as an Associate Editor. Gregg won the Nathan Burkan Writing Competition at the Indiana University School of Law with his paper “When the Copyright Owner Cannot be Found.” Gregg received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska, with an emphasis in digital circuits.
